1 Egg
1 Cup All-purpose flour
1 Tbs Sugar
3 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt
¾ Cup Milk
2 Tbs Vegetable oil or melted butter
Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl
Beat the egg in a separate bowl, once beat, mix in the other wet ingredients in with the egg
Add the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix until you reach the consistency of batter and no lumps remain
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium to medium low heat, or a griddle to 350°f(175°c)
Grease the skillet/griddle with a small amount of PAM or bacon grease, and add about ½ cup of batter and wait till the edges lose their sheen, flip and wait about the same amount of time. Repeat until all the batter has been used
