3 cups warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
6 to 7 cups flour
Combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Wait for the yeast to bloom
Add the salt, oil, and one cup of flower to the mixing bowl and mix until the flour is all wet
Keep adding flower slowly until you form a shaggy dough
let rise for ~45 minuets
Divide into 3-4 sections
Add toppings and bake on a pizza stone/steel at 450°f (230°c) until cheese is melted or the crust is crispy
